Named for a gap in the red-tinged cliffs carved by the flowing waters of a prehistoric lake, it’s the only park in East Africa in which you can get out of your safari vehicle and hike freely. Riding a bicycle in the park while viewing wildlife in their natural habitat as well as walking along the gorge is something you can’t miss in Hell’s Gate. Riding a boat on Lake Naivasha not only relax you from the lake breezes but also an opportunity to see thousands of hippos and bird species.
